Anti-Spam and Acceptable Use Policy
Last reviewed: 31 August 2026. This page explains the responsible-use rules that apply to email infrastructure and campaign support.
1. Acceptable use
QuickSolutions4u services may be used for lawful transactional email and permission-aware business or marketing communication. The sender must be identifiable, the message purpose must be honest, and recipients must have a reasonable basis to expect the communication.
2. Prohibited lists and practices
Do not use harvested, indiscriminately scraped, purchased or third-party lists without a documented lawful basis and clear recipient expectation. Do not send phishing, malware, deceptive offers, forged identity, illegal content, repeated unwanted messages or email designed to bypass provider protections.
3. Consent, relevance and records
Customers are responsible for the source, age, relevance and legal basis of recipient data. Keep collection and permission records where required, segment audiences by purpose, and do not treat a publicly visible address as automatic permission for unrestricted bulk marketing.
4. Unsubscribe and suppression
Marketing mail must provide a clear working opt-out. One-click unsubscribe should be available where mailbox-provider rules require it, and requests should be processed within 48 hours for supported bulk streams. Unsubscribed addresses, hard bounces and complaints must remain suppressed from future promotional campaigns.
5. Bounce and complaint guardrails
Hard bounces are suppressed immediately. A campaign should pause for list review when hard bounces reach 2% or rise unexpectedly. Gmail Postmaster spam rate at or above 0.3% is a critical stop signal; the operational target should remain materially below that level. Provider-specific or account-specific limits may be stricter.
6. Authentication and sender identity
Sending domains must use the authentication required for the confirmed route, including SPF and DKIM, with DMARC, TLS, return-path alignment and valid forward/reverse DNS where applicable. Authentication does not make an unlawful or unwanted list acceptable.
7. Investigation and suspension
QuickSolutions4u may review logs, list source, complaint evidence and opt-out handling after an abuse report or unusual delivery signal. Sending may be throttled, paused or terminated while risk is investigated. Serious or repeated abuse can result in immediate termination without continued sending access.
8. Report abuse
Send abuse reports, message headers and the affected recipient address to support@quicksolutions4u.com. Sensitive credentials should never be sent by email.
