Service Terms
Last reviewed: 31 August 2026. This page explains the commercial and operating terms that apply to confirmed QuickSolutions4u services.
1. Confirmed service scope
The written quotation, order or service confirmation defines the included SMTP capacity, validity, sending domain, IP or route allocation, setup work, support and deliverables. Website descriptions are general information and do not replace that confirmation.
2. Pricing and payment
Website prices are indicative starting prices unless expressly stated otherwise. Final scope, taxes, third-party infrastructure costs, renewal terms and payment schedule are confirmed in writing before work begins.
3. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate setup information, control access credentials, use lawful and relevant recipient data, identify the sender honestly, maintain working unsubscribe and suppression processes, and follow the Anti-Spam Policy and applicable law.
4. Domain and route condition
Published capacity does not mean a new or damaged sender can safely begin at full volume. Warmup, reputation, recipient engagement, list quality, mailbox-provider limits and previous sending history can require lower initial volume or a pause.
5. Deliverability and availability
No provider can guarantee inbox placement, opens, replies or sales. Delivery depends on third-party networks and mailbox providers as well as authentication, reputation, content, audience quality and user behaviour. Planned maintenance, provider outages and abuse controls may affect availability.
6. Suspension, cancellation and refunds
Service may be paused or terminated for spam, prohibited data, ignored opt-outs, excessive bounces or complaints, security abuse, non-payment or legal risk. Cancellation and refund eligibility follow the written order and the published Refund Policy.
7. Support contact
Questions about an order or these terms can be sent to support@quicksolutions4u.com.
